HARRISBURG, August 28, 2023 – Michael D. Klein and David P. Zambito, members of Cozen O’Connor’s Utility & Energy Practice, have been named to City & State Pennsylvania’s Energy & Environment Power 100 list. The list recognizes Pennsylvania's most influential leaders driving change in the environmental and energy sectors.

Klein has a national practice representing utilities, municipalities, corporations, and developers in a broad array of water, wastewater, and energy-related matters. He has represented clients in the leasing of natural gas and oil interests and has significant experience in the permitting, siting, and construction of large energy projects, including wind farms and solar energy facilities.

Zambito is the chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Utility & Energy Practice and represents utilities in regulatory, commercial, and development issues. He has dedicated his career to defending private enterprise against governmental overreach.
