Frank Toddre, a new member in the Global Insurance Department, was quoted in the recent article “Cozen O'Connor's Insurance Team Hires Former Deputy AG” by Law360.
Frank joined Cozen O’Connor’s Las Vegas office in May 2025, and is a seasoned litigator focusing on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. He brings extensive experience in complex civil matters, including business and commercial torts, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, civil rights litigation, gaming contract disputes, municipal defense, and product and premises liability. Throughout his career in both the public and private sectors, Frank has litigated hundreds of cases at every stage — from initial valuation and pleadings through discovery, mediation, jury and non-jury trials, and post-judgment proceedings. Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor, Frank was a partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, where he focused on bad faith insurance litigation, Sec 1983 civil rights defense, insurance coverage litigation, personal injury defense, and appellate litigation. Previously, he served for six years as a senior deputy attorney general, the Office of the Nevada Attorney General in Las Vegas.
In the article, Todd said he most recently focused on bad faith multidistrict litigation and expects his new position to provide him with an "expanded breadth of work."
Todd goes on to say, "I am really excited to be here, and it really came together kind of organically.”
