Spring Studios is internationally recognized for hosting some of the most prestigious events in the fashion, art, and cultural sectors, including New York Fashion Week, the Tribeca Festival, and the Independent Art Fair, as well as for global brands such as Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Moncler, and Pirelli.
The transaction serves as a cornerstone of Superstudio’s international expansion efforts, establishing its presence in the U.S. market and further positioning the company for continued growth as a global operator in live events and experiential marketing.
