Elina is an associate in the firm's Real Estate practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Elina was an associate with an AmLaw 200 firm based in New York, where she worked on commercial leases for both landlord and tenant clients.
Elina also brings four years of experience in-house with one of New York City's largest full-service commercial real estate development, investment, and management firms. First as contracts administrator, and later as associate counsel, Elina drafted various agreements, and worked with EB-5 investors.
Elina earned her legal degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she interned with the Community Development Clinic. There, she provided pro bono assistance to entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations on matters relating to entity formation and non-profit applications. She earned her undergraduate degree from CUNY Bernard M. Baruch College. She is fluent in Russian.
