Elina focuses her practice on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, financing, and condominium and co-op matters. She also has experience with the acquisition and disposition of properties.

Elina earned her legal degree from Brooklyn Law School and her undergraduate degree from CUNY Bernard M. Baruch College. She is fluent in Russian.

Represented the buyer in the acquisition, through a 1031 transaction, of a leasehold interest in a Target distribution center in Hampton, Ga. The transaction required the buyer to assume the Georgia taxable lease purchase revenue bonds to which the property was subject.
