In her role as General Counsel to the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA), Susan provided background information, statutory analysis, and policy insights that helped inform several portions of the segment, including the explanation of how structured settlements work, corporate background on major factoring companies, and national data on state Structured Settlement Protection Acts.
