The updated form will provide HR professionals with a financial profile which may prove especially valuable during union organizing and collective bargaining.
Regarding the value of LM-2 for employees, Kelly stated that the form is essential for them to understand how a union operates, how it compensates its employees, and how it uses member dues, including how much is spent on representational activities such as negotiating and administering contracts.
