Wayne Rohde, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Transportation and Logistics practice group, authored a chapter in the newly-released book, Inside the Minds: Complying with Transportation Regulations.
Mr. Rohde’s chapter, "Compliance Challenges in International Ocean Transportation," provides an overview of the laws and regulations applicable to companies involved in the international ocean transportation of cargo in the foreign commerce of the United States. It highlights areas of particular regulatory concern for such companies, and provides suggestions and guidance for effective compliance training and the actions to be taken in response to a government investigation.
