Anthony focuses his practice on complex insurance litigation, partnering with clients to develop practical, results-oriented strategies that minimize exposure and drive efficient resolutions. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience, Anthony guides clients through all phases of litigation, from early investigation through trial preparation, with a strategic focus on risk transfer, including contractual indemnification and additional insured coverage.
Anthony has experience representing general contractors, developers, and construction managers in high-exposure personal injury and property damage matters, including claims arising under New York Labor Law, construction defect disputes, and general liability litigation. He also has significant experience handling complex, multi-party construction accident cases and navigating wrap-up insurance programs, combining a deep understanding of liability frameworks with a disciplined approach to damages defense.
Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Anthony practiced at several litigation firms. Earlier in his career, he worked in research and development for a commercial ink company and taught chemistry, experience that informs his analytical approach to technical construction issues.
Anthony earned his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and his B.S. in Chemistry from Villanova University. He plays an active role in the Columbian Lawyers Association, currently serving on its Board of Directors.
