Dannielle is a seasoned attorney who advises organizations on a broad range of legal, regulatory, employment, and operational matters. With more than 20 years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel, she partners with business leaders to navigate complex legal challenges, manage risk, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Dannielle served as vice president and general counsel for prominent and highly regulated gaming and entertainment complexes. As sole in-house counsel, she advised executive leadership on corporate governance, labor and employment matters, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and business operations. She worked closely with C-suite executives, human resources professionals, and cross-functional teams to develop practical legal solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Dannielle has extensive experience negotiating and managing vendor and commercial agreements, overseeing litigation and investigations, and guiding organizations through interactions with state and federal regulatory agencies. She has advised on employment-related matters, including workplace investigations, policy development, leave administration, and dispute resolution. Her background also includes counseling businesses on compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering and financial compliance requirements.

Known for her collaborative approach, Dannielle works effectively with stakeholders at every level of an organization, from frontline employees to senior executives. Clients value her practical business judgment, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and ability to develop processes that improve efficiency while mitigating legal and operational risk.

Before moving in-house, Dannielle practiced with two global law firms, where she represented clients in commercial real estate, corporate transactions, lending, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, development, and financing matters.

She earned her B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she was a senior staff writer for the Duke Law and Technology Review.
