Maggie focuses her practice on commercial litigation, bringing experience representing Fortune 500 companies, startups, nonprofits, institutions of higher education, and private individuals in state and federal courts.
Her experience spans a broad range of matters, including commercial, white collar, real estate, construction, insurance, and trusts and estates disputes. Maggie has handled all phases of litigation, from fact investigation, legal research, and case strategy through discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and appeals. Maggie has also regularly served as the lead associate and primary client point of contact on complex matters.
Maggie earned her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as a staff writer and managing editor of student works for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. During law school, she also served as a judicial intern to Chief Judge Juan R. Sánchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a legal intern with the Villanova Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic, where she counseled clients on family law and immigration matters. Maggie received her B.A. summa cum laude from the College of Charleston.
