Xhulia focuses her practice on subrogation, taking a strategic approach to evaluating claims and identifying opportunities for early resolution.

Xhulia's experience spans the transportation, construction, and premises liability sectors, where she has represented property owners, construction companies, national trucking and long-haul carriers, and insurance companies in state and federal courts throughout New York. She has handled all phases of litigation, from claim investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and resolution, while advising clients on litigation strategy, liability, damages, and settlement exposure.

Earlier in her career, Xhulia served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens County District Attorney's Office, where she investigated and prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases from arrest through sentencing. Her work included grand jury presentations, hearings, and trials, as well as assisting with pre-arrest homicide investigations, including crime scene response, witness interviews, evidence evaluation, search warrants, and subpoenas.

Xhulia earned her J.D. cum laude from New York Law School, where she was a staff editor for the New York Law School Law Review. She received her B.A. from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
