Thomas concentrates his practice on commercial litigation. He is experienced in all facets of litigation, including depositions, witness preparation, discovery, and motions.

Prior to joining the firm, Thomas was an associate with an Am Law 200 firm with offices throughout the mid-Atlantic region, where he represented contractors, subcontractors, property owners, multi-line insurance providers, and third-party administrators in claims involving general liability, premises liability, toxic tort, and construction and workplace accidents. Before that, Thomas served for two years as an assistant district attorney in the Philadelphia County District Attorney's Office, where he tried felony and misdemeanor trials.

Thomas earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from North Central College. He earned his law degree from Penn State University – Dickinson School of Law.
