Tom is an experienced litigator acutely aware of the business implications surrounding litigation. Tom prides himself on understanding his clients’ business objectives and strives to balance aggressive advocacy with cost-effective counseling.

Tom concentrates his practice in matters involving medical malpractice and corporate negligence, product liability, business disputes, catastrophic injury, premises liability, commercial and residential construction and property disputes, transportation and logistics, beverage and hospitality, and other complex torts and business disputes. Tom is well-versed in all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, depositions, witness preparation, alternative dispute resolution, pre-trial motions, and trial.

As an avid learner focused on local and national litigation trends and practices, Tom earned his LL.M. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2025. The year-long program, one of the top in the country, combined legal theory with practical skills, including strategic case development, persuasive storytelling, extemporaneous speaking, psychology, and the effective use of cutting-edge courtroom technology.

Prior to joining the firm, Tom was an associate with an Am Law 200 firm with offices throughout the mid-Atlantic region, where he represented contractors, subcontractors, and property owners in matters involving, amongst other things, construction and workplace accidents and toxic torts. Before that, Tom had the privilege of serving for two years as an assistant district attorney in the Philadelphia County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained invaluable trial experience trying numerous felony and misdemeanor trials.

Tom earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from North Central College, where he also played baseball. He earned his law degree from Penn State University – Dickinson School of Law. While at Penn State, Tom served as a student ambassador and was the captain of his trial and moot court teams.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, and as a native of the Chicago suburbs, cheering on Chicago’s sports teams. Tom is an active member of Cozen O’Connor’s Softball Team, and is an avid runner and golfer.
