Campbell advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, and ownership. She leads clients through the full lifecycle of a transaction — from structuring the acquisition entity through closing and post-closing implementation. Campbell drafts and negotiates purchase agreements, leases, and entity-formation documents, and conducts thorough due diligence, including in-depth analysis of title, survey, and zoning matters.
Additionally, Campbell brings valuable transaction experience in connection with corporate and M&A transactions, advising acquirers and targets on the real estate implications of a deal. She conducts diligence on a target’s owned and leased real estate and integrates her findings into acquisition agreements and disclosure schedules, working alongside the deal team to flag risks and structure appropriate protections.
Campbell earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she served as the business operations manager for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
