Vladislav focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters.
He has represented public and private companies and investment dealers in various transactions, including initial and secondary public offerings, private placements, stock exchange listings, and mergers and acquisitions. Vladislav also provides general corporate and securities advice on matters including corporate governance, continuous disclosure, and securities and stock exchange-related matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Vladislav was an associate at a Vancouver-based corporate and securities boutique firm.
Vladislav received his LL.B., with honours, from Durham University and his LL.M. in international banking and finance law from University College London. He later earned his LL.M. in common law from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
