Elizabeth Kearney represents private and institutional investors, borrowers, lenders and developers in a broad range of matters, including the sale, acquisition, financing and development of commercial real estate. In addition, Elizabeth has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in office, warehouse and retail leases.
Elizabeth served as a founding co-chair of the Women’s Leadership Initiative of the Urban Land Institute - Philadelphia Council. She currently serves on the school board for St. Mary of the Lakes in Medford, N.J. She also chairs Cozen O'Connor's blood drive committee, coordinating two drives with more than 130 donors annually.
Elizabeth earned her undergraduate degree, with high honors, from Rutgers University School of Business – Camden, and her law degree, with high honors, from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, where she was State Constitutional Law Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. Prior to practicing law, she served as a financial analyst for an international defense contractor.
