Ryan is an associate in Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department in Philadelphia. He focuses his practice on professional liability and property insurance coverage.

Ryan assists clients in navigating various types of coverage disputes including disputes arising under claims-made and occurrence liability policies, medical professional liability policies, reinsurance certificates, and property insurance policies.

Ryan also assists in conducting training for his clients’ claims handlers on topics such as coverage of sexual misconduct claims.

Ryan earned his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University, John Glenn College of Public Affairs. Ryan earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where he was Order of the Coif, staff writer for Villanova Law Review, and a founding member of the Villanova Law Bipartisan Initiative.
