Benjamin focuses his practice on insurance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin practiced at a Los Angeles law firm defending clients in complex civil matters involving toxic tort, environmental, and products liability claims. He also served as counsel for a Fortune 100 insurance company where he litigated hundreds of cases involving auto, premises, and products liability.
Benjamin earned his bachelor’s degree in business management economics from University of California, Santa Cruz. He earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law with a certificate in dispute resolution. While in law school, Benjamin served as editor-in-chief of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal, president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and judicial extern for the Honorable Debre K. Weintraub of the Los Angeles Superior Court. He is fluent in Korean.
