Arianna Masotti

Arianna focuses her practice on real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, leasing, and corporate formation and restructuring. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase, sale, and lease agreements, as well as financing documents. She also advises clients on general business and corporate matters.

Taking a client-focused approach to her work, Arianna emphasizes risk mitigation and value maximization while collaborating closely with partners and clients to develop tailored legal strategies and provide efficient, effective representation. Her knowledge of real estate law, combined with her prior hands-on litigation experience, allows her to deliver practical legal solutions for her clients.

Arianna earned her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, where she served as a student attorney at the Rising for Justice legal clinic in Washington, D.C., representing low-income tenants in the Landlord & Tenant Branch of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the George Washington University.
