Mandy focuses her practice on strategic risk and complex litigation, having over five years of experience handling insurance coverage matters, including medical malpractice and general liability litigation.

With a proven track record of delivering favorable outcomes and exceptional service, Mandy represents insurance carriers, hospital systems, medical professionals, and corporate clients, advocating for physicians, hospitals, and other health care facilities through all phases of complex medical malpractice litigation.

Additionally, Mandy has experience as a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society of New York, representing individuals denied Social Security Disability Insurance (Title II) and Supplemental Security Income (Title XVI) benefits and advocating for incarcerated individuals on civil rights, access to medical care, and humane treatment issues.

Mandy earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2016, where she served as a student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic, supporting recommendations for best practices in jail interactions with individuals with mental health disorders. She received her B.A. in psychology from Texas A&M University.
