Chris counsels his clients across the full spectrum of their business needs, including commercial litigation and arbitration, corporate and transactional work. Chris has played an integral role in case development, research, and drafting of key documents in cases involving alcoholic beverages, securities, general financial services, construction, debt service, and real estate, construction, EB-5 funding, oil and gas, trade secrets, and usury law. His practice also covers all areas of corporate transactional work including, mergers and acquisitions, sales and leases, employment agreements and terminations, and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris was an associate and summer associate at a national law firm where he contributed to the litigation team strategy by researching and drafting summary reports on matters pertaining to corporate, securities, broker-dealer, contract, bankruptcy, employment, and procedural law.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, his M.B.A., and his law degree, cum laude, from Fordham University.
