Zane focuses his practice on corporate law. He has experience managing and assisting with due diligence projects of small and large acquisitions. He drafts various corporate documents, including board consents, equity incentive plans, adviser agreements, services agreements, confidentiality forms, bill of sales, assignment and assumption agreement, and has collaborated on a parent disclosure schedule. He has conducted title reviews and assessments for real estate transactions, including reviewing insurance title commitments and surveys, drafting and providing title objection notices to the seller’s counsel, and communicating with third-party entities. He has also conducted dissolutions and tax filings for small entities and assisted clients with maintaining CAP tables and overseeing all stockholder correspondences and signatures for a major acquisition.

Prior to joining the firm, Zane was an associate at a Pittsburgh-based law firm where he focused on corporate and commercial law and also as an associate mineral title attorney.

Zane earned his bachelor’s degrees from University of Pittsburgh and his law degree, summa cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school he was vice president and senator of the Student Bar Association and won the Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts 2019 Writing Competition.
