Nicholas is a commercial real estate attorney who represents institutional investors, developers, operators, property owners, and financial institutions in a wide variety of large-scale, sophisticated transactions. His experience covers almost every real estate asset class, including office buildings, industrial facilities, multifamily apartment complexes, and shopping centers located in both the New York metropolitan area and nationwide. Nicholas has particular experience in handling complex joint venture acquisitions, dispositions, financings, developments, ownership interest transfers, and equity restructurings. Nicholas is known for being a highly skilled problem-solver, negotiator, and drafter of complex legal documents, and is a trusted counselor to many clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas was special counsel within a highly regarded real estate group at a prominent New York City law firm.
