Samantha focuses her practice on commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Samantha was a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, where she worked with a rotating slate of judges on a broad range of civil and criminal appeals. She was responsible for analyzing high-profile emergency matters, and substantive and procedural motions, involving complex issues of federal law.
Previously, Samantha was a litigation associate for a national law firm, where she represented clients in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. Her practice focused on labor and employment matters, government contract cases, and government investigations. Samantha also provided pro bono representation to individuals in immigration and family law cases.
Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, where she was recognized as a Merrill Presidential Scholar. Samantha earned her law degree from New York University, where she was the senior notes editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. While in law school, Samantha served as a student advocate in the Family Defense Clinic and worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Jeffrey Sunshine, New York State Supreme Court, Kings County.
