Justin focuses his practice on construction law. Additionally, he has experience handling products liability litigation, managing all phases of state and federal disputes from early case strategy through resolution, including drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and settlement negotiations, appearing at hearings, and briefing courts on pertinent discovery disputes between parties.
Justin also has immigration law experience, assisting with adjustment of status applications, U visa, and requesting of in absentia orders in immigration court. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Justin has translated pertinent client documents from Chinese to English for submission to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Justin earned his J.D. in 2024 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was a member of the Business Law Society. During law school, he served as a student representative on the Gould School of Law Immigration Clinic. Justin received his B.A. with high distinction from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating Phi Beta Kappa
