Thomas Tidwell

Tom brings three decades of litigation experience, having tried over 80 cases to a jury, ranging from mass toxic torts and catastrophic construction defect cases to breach of contract claims related to employment and construction. Tom’s aim is always to maximize recoveries for his clients, whether that be by trial or by negotiating a settlement from a position of strength.

Prior to joining the firm, Tom operated his own boutique litigation law firm in Atlanta for nearly 20 years. Before that, he was a partner at a New York-based firm focusing on litigation and corporate law, where he represented major corporations in cases involving commercial disputes, construction defects, toxic torts, and product liability. He began his legal career with an Atlanta-based firm focusing on national defense litigation.

Tom earned his bachelor's degree from Georgia State University and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
