Jeffrey represents his clients in insurance coverage matters, including product liability, warranty, personal injury, and general litigation.
Jeffrey has experience handling all phases of litigation, from pretrial proceedings through post-trial enforcement. He is well-versed in all aspects of litigation, including motions, written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, and trial. He has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations and has experience managing matters from inception through resolution. Jeffrey successfully obtained an arbitration award in a real estate security deposit dispute, including recovery of all attorneys’ fees, helped resolve numerous matters through mediation, including several in which he served in a lead role, and secured summary judgment in a hotel fire matter involving more than $1.4 million in controversy.
Before beginning his legal career, Jeffrey worked as a real estate broker, where he developed strong negotiation skills. He is also a skilled writer with experience conducting thorough research and a strong attention to detail.
Jeffrey earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as a notes and submissions editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Outside of his practice, Jeffrey volunteers at pro bono clinics and enjoys making ice cream, watching movies, reading nonfiction, and listening to podcasts.
