Zach focuses his practice on insurance coverage matters, bringing experience in managing defense litigation involving personal injury, toxic tort, environmental damage, asbestos exposure, premises liability, products liability, and international contracts.
Representing insurance carriers, insureds, and self-insured companies, Zach works closely with clients to develop effective litigation strategies. He thoroughly assesses each case and keeps clients informed at every stage of the proceedings.
Zach gained additional legal experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Mitchell L. Pascual, J.S.C. of the Hudson Vicinage in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Zach earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he interned at the Fordham Law School Intellectual Property Law Clinic. He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
