Cozen O’Connor’s Los Angeles office recently sponsored the LAFD (Los Angeles Fire Department) golf invitational, benefiting the Widows, Orphans & the Disabled Firemen’s Fund. Since the early 1900s, the LAFD entrusted the Los Angeles Firemen’s Relief Association to support the department and those they leave behind. Founded over 100 years ago and managed by the Los Angeles Firemen’s Relief Association, the Widows, Orphans & Disabled Firemen’s Fund is a nonprofit charity dedicated to helping the families of the LAFD firefighters facing serious issues, such as being injured or killed in the line of duty. For the fourth straight year, Cozen O’Connor was honored to serve as a “First Alarm Sponsor: of this charitable event.
