We take a uniquely proactive approach to giving our lateral hires a complete and meaningful integration experience, and we are one of the few firms in the country that has a dedicated Lateral Integration team to guide the integration of our member-level laterals. Nikki Betesh, the Director of Lateral Integration, spearheads our lateral integration team and also chairs the firm’s Lateral Integration Committee, comprising leaders from the firm’s Business, Litigation, IP, and Labor & Employment departments, our recruiting team, and the firm’s chief marketing officer. Nikki was formerly the firm’s Director of Business Operations and spent over a decade working with the firm’s professional services departments to refine processes across the firm. We view lateral integration as a fulsome endeavor that warrants the same energy and enthusiasm that is devoted to recruiting.
