OSHA ETS Vaccine Mandate

Date & Time

Start Date: 11/04/2021
Start Time: 1:00 pm
End Time: 2:00 pm EDT

OSHA has drafted its Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requiring employers with more than 100 employees to either be vaccinated or tested for COVID-19 weekly and it is waiting to be released by the White House. In light of the imminent release of this important regulatory requirement for large employers, we have scheduled a webinar in advance to address the latest news on the standard and any anticipated or filed legal challenges.

This webinar will cover:

  • Overview of OSHA ETS requirements
  • Coverage questions regarding number of employees, affiliated companies, etc.
  • Types of testing permitted, and who is required to pay
  • Reasonable accommodation obligations under federal and state law
  • Conflicts between the OSHA ETS and the Texas Governor’s Executive Order
  • Adoption of the ETS by State safety agencies
