The parameters of what constitutes discrimination in the workplace continue to evolve as new laws and interpretations of existing laws are published. At the same time, more and more states have been actively redefining employee leave rights. In this webinar, we will examine these new trends, including expanded sick leave laws, the new right to reproductive leave, and other paid leave trends. We will also look at other expanding workplace requirements, including how caste, weight, and cannabis use are increasingly being recognized as protected under the law. Finally, we will provide best practices to stay ahead of these rapidly changing areas of the law.
