Bobbi Britton Tucker will present “Accommodating Mental Health Disabilities in the Workplace” for the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and Committee for Diversity and Inclusion. The program will explore the topic of reasonable accommodations in the workplace for mental health disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Points of discussion will include the basics of reasonable accommodations under the ADA, circumstances that may arise specific to mental health disabilities, and accommodation strategies and solutions for mental health disabilities.
