Leni Cummins and Shayne Messing will speak on the New York City Bar Association’s Current Governance Issues in Cooperatives & Condominiums seminar. Leni will serve as program chair, and Shayne will speak on the panel “Books and Records Requests in Condos and Coops.”
The seminar is intended for attorneys who represent cooperatives and condominiums, particularly those who serve as directors of the respective boards. In addition to Shayne’s panel, sessions will cover the review and approval of co-op purchase applications in the wake of NYC’s new timeline law, high-maintenance unit owners, and governance case law in 2025 and 2026.
