Shayne J. Messing

Associate

Shayne focuses her practice on advising boards of condominiums and cooperatives on governance matters and building operations. She also assists boards in addressing issues involving unit owner and shareholder compliance with governing documents. When disputes arise, she helps boards navigate resolution strategies and, where necessary, provides support in related litigation matters.

Shayne earned her bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from New York Law School. During her studies, she interned with New York Law School’s Housing Rights Clinic, where she was a student-attorney providing representation to individuals in Housing Court.
