Some of Cozen O'Connor's newest South Florida attorneys, Ken Levine, JD Dickenson and Matt Criscuolo, recently represented all five respondents in accusations of violating state securities laws. The case was scheduled for hearing last September, but the parties began settlement negotiations, which ultimately amounted to a small fraction of what the state was demanding.
