David Barron, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Labor & Employment department, discusses how to avoid workplace holiday party conflicts on Fox26.  Employers should be careful during the holiday parties to make sure that these events do not get out of hand. "Limit the alcohol, that’s number one,” says David, “Give some good tips to employees, so they understand where the lines should be drawn.” David also advises to avoid hot button topics such as politics or religion to keep conflict to a minimum.
