Herbalife Settles with FTC and Illinois Attorney General’s Office

WASHINGTON, DC, JULY 18, 2016 — Herbalife International, Inc. and Herbalife International of America, Inc. have reached separate settlements with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, resolving their investigations into the multilevel marketing company.
