Taboos Over Talking Politics at Work Loosen During Divisive Election Season

There is plenty of opportunity to cross that line this election season, attorneys say. "It's becoming a lot harder to get into politics without getting into a protected class," said David. Conduct violates the law if it is deemed "severe and persistent" enough to create a hostile work environment.
