Ferrer, the office managing partner of the New York office and vice chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Transportation & Trade Practice, has been ranked in the Chambers USA Guide since 2014. Giotto, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Labor and Employment Department, has been ranked in the Chambers USA Guide since 2006. He is highlighted in the rankings as “highly recommended for his expertise in traditional labor issues” and his ability to “advise on a full range of employment litigation.” Giotto helped launch a new, full-service Pittsburgh office when he joined the firm in 2017 and has been instrumental in rapidly growing that office from three to 30 attorneys in just three years.
