Internships 'somewhat in flux' as employers make reopening decisions

Aaron Holt was quoted in HR Dive discussing the challenges that businesses face when deciding if an internship should be paid or unpaid. HR teams can reach out to internal affinity groups for insight on the composition of internship programs, including compensation details, as well as the barriers underrepresented groups might face in applying for organizations' own programs, said Aaron.
