MIAMI, FL.,  October 5, 2023 — Arielle Eisenberg, a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Department, has been named an “Up and Comer” by South Florida Business and Wealth magazine. She was honored at an event on October 5 in Fort Lauderdale.

The Up & Comer Awards were created to honor young professionals who have achieved excellence in their careers, shown a commitment to their community and demonstrated leadership.

Arielle focuses her practice on labor and employment, specifically Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and retaliation. She also counsels clients on decisions regarding hiring, accommodations, discipline, and pay issues under the FLSA and conducts human resource trainings.
