Daniel focuses his practice on insurance coverage matters. He has experience handling first-and third-party insurance coverage matters in both state and federal court. Daniel's work has included drafting and arguing dispositive motions, handling depositions and overseeing client responses and document production for discovery requests across a range of industries.
Daniel's experience includes handling litigation matters at all stages, from pre-litigation through trial and arbitration. He has also mediated matters, achieving favorable settlements aligned with client goals.
Daniel earned his J.D., cum laude, from the SMU Dedman School of Law and his B.A. from Baylor University. He enjoys exploring the various parks and museums the DFW area has to offer with his wife and two kids.
