Associate

Nestor focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction and real estate litigation. He represents contractors, sureties, owners, design professionals, and other members of the construction industry in a wide variety of matters, including claims for breach of contract, construction lien, payment and performance bonds, transfer and conditional bonds, construction defect, professional negligence, and bid protests. He also has experience preparing and drafting construction contracts, resolving contractual disputes during construction, and negotiating complex multi-party settlements.

Prior to joining the firm, Nestor was an associate with a highly regarded construction litigation boutique known for representing a variety of clients throughout the construction industry. Before that, he gained experience representing clients in construction, commercial, contract, product liability, and personal injury disputes, as well as professional license defense and insurance coverage issues.

Nestor earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Florida State University and his J.D. from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
