Taranae is a full-service litigator whose practice focuses on commercial liability, contract disputes, construction defect, and general casualty litigation. Her clients include a wide array of companies — ranging from Fortune 50 companies to small business owners, boards, and insurance companies. She frequently practices in state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and has handled matters nationwide.

Taranae is a surgical litigator. In advance of retention, she meets with clients to listen to and discuss their litigation goals, forecast anticipated costs, and highlight potential hurdles. Once retained, she tirelessly advances her client’s interests, implementing a no-nonsense strategy that honors the client's business considerations — both financial and reputational. She is adaptable, resourceful and, when necessary, aggressive in ensuring clients have an advocate worthy of their time and money.

Taranae’s results speak for themselves. Her record for securing a client dismissal is two hours after case assignment, saving that client from what turned out to be four years of litigation. A tenacious negotiator, she has resolved cases for a fraction of the original demand after strategically compartmentalizing party claims into categories and evaluating them with a nuanced eye. And, as a full-service attorney, she has written and prevailed in dispositive motions both at case inception and after the close of discovery. Her tenacious and unwavering pursuit of client goals has been a source of gratitude from clients and angst from opponents.

Finally, she understands that some clients require a creative approach to litigation resolution. To that end, for clients with high volume litigation, she has implemented blockbuster mediation days, securing resolution of multiple cases on the same day, significantly reducing the volume of litigation against those clients.
