In addition, Andrew defends health insurers in litigation arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), including matters involving the investigation of fraudulent claims and the assertion of counterclaims. Andrew also represents insureds and underwriters in matters involving transactional risk products, including representations and warranties insurance policies, and also represents MGA/MGU clients as well as reinsurers His experience in this area complements his broader business litigation practice, which includes navigating complex commercial disputes and multistate fraud schemes

Andrew practices also represents management in claims brought under Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and related state and federal laws.  He also represents founders and other executives in compensation and shareholder disputes.

Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor, Andrew was a partner in the Insurance Fraud and Recovery practice at an Am Law 50 firm, where he also served on the Board of Directors of the Firm’s Charitable Foundation. Currently, Andrew serves on the National Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association, whose mission is to strengthen the federal legal system and administration of justice by serving the interests and the needs of the federal practitioner, both public and private, the federal judiciary and the public they serve.
