Angel focuses his practice on the defense of corporate clients and insurance carriers in cases involving general liability, catastrophic injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith disputes. He has also represented clients in habitability and breach of contract matters.
With extensive experience in both state and federal courts, Angel manages all stages of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial, post-trial proceedings, and appeal. His practice encompasses every aspect of the litigation process, including dispositive motions, written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
Angel has served as trial counsel in multiple insurance bad faith coverage trials in federal court and has successfully represented clients in arbitration proceedings. He has obtained summary judgment in both commercial general liability and property insurance bad faith matters and has briefed and argued appeals before the California Court of Appeal.
Angel earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School.
