Evan is part of the Global Insurance Department, representing clients in all phases of civil litigation, from initiation through settlement.
Prior to joining the firm, Evan gained experience with a defense litigation firm with offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic. She also served as a Certified Law Student with the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office in Portland, Oregon, where she drafted motions, prepared discovery, and appeared in court for misdemeanor arraignment, oral argument, motion hearings, civil commitment hearings, and jury and bench trials.
Evan earned her J.D., cum laude, from Belmont University College of Law, where she was an articles and notes editor for the Belmont Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon.
