Her experience includes representing employers and corporate clients in a broad range of labor and employment, business, commercial, construction, and municipal law matters. Justine has counseled employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws, revised employee handbooks and workplace policies, and managed all phases of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, depositions, mediation, trial preparation, appeals, and second-chair jury trials. Her work also includes contract disputes, workers' compensation, evictions, debt collections, personal injury claims, and other complex civil matters.
Early in her legal career, Justine served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catherine A. Trevino of the 10th Judicial District in Chisago County, Minnesota.
Justine earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she served as a managing editor of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review. She received her B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
