Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, Cozen O’Connor’s Minnesota office opened in 2013 with eight commercial lawyers. Since then, the office has grown to more than 20 lawyers. Today, the lawyers in Cozen O’Connor’s Minneapolis office serve local and international clients in a wide variety of areas, including corporate, bankruptcy & restructuring, real estate finance and development, litigation, international trade law, securities and financing, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and sports law.

The office is within walking distance of major downtown attractions. The office is positioned on Nicollet Mall, the core of the city’s commerce and serves as a hub of the skyway system. It has convenient access to numerous methods of transportation including the light rail station, access to Minneapolis - St. Paul International Airport, bus routes on the Metro Transit bus system, and major expressways including Interstate 94, Interstate 394, 35W, and Highway 55.
