Bradley represents businesses in financial services and consumer litigation and advises clients in the financial services industry on compliance and risk management. He has a robust background in defending against both individual and class action claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), and other consumer protection laws. He also represents clients in connection with licensing, regulatory, and administrative matters.
Bradley joined the firm as a member of the financial services practice from Moss & Barnett in 2026. He holds a J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law and a B.A. in accounting from Gustavus Adolphus College.
